Ministers Conference

Our BMBA Ministers Conference is a weekly event where we meet for a time of refreshment, encouragement, prayer, worship and inspiration. All church staff members and ministry leaders are invited and encouraged to attend. Meetings begin in September and end in May, with a break through the summer months.

The Ministers Conference meets on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m., at the BMBA Conference Center (unless otherwise noted) located at 1449 Medical Park Drive, Birmingham, AL 35213. We will also livestream ministers conference to the BMBA Facebook page and BMBA YouTube channel for those who are unable to attend in-person. We will use several different meeting formats including: 

  • practical ministry skill development

  • inspiration/encouragement

  • networking/fellowship

September 18, 2025 (Thursday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) - AI in Ministry Seminar With Don Barger, at the BMBA Conference Center. Lunch provided.

September 25, 2025 (Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - IMB at Hunter Street Baptist Church (Special Event Off Campus)

October 2, 2025 (Thursday, 11:30 AM, Missionary Reception at 10:30 AM) - BMBA Missionary Appreciation Banquet at The Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook

October 9, 2025 (Thursday, 11:00 AM) - Guest Speaker: Gary Hollingsworth with the Serve Tour, at the BMBA Conference Center. Lunch provided.

October 23, 2025 (Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Evangelism Strategies for Any Size Church with Gary Miller & Rob Jackson, at the BMBA Conference Center. Lunch is not provided for the morning meeting.

October 23, 2025 (Thursday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM) - Evangelism Strategies for Any Size Church with Gary Miller & Rob Jackson, at the BMBA Conference Center. Dinner is provided for the evening meeting.
